Paul Gutteridge

Paul is a practitioner actively involved in dialogue in hard-to-reach communities. He is an Honorary Fellow at the Edward Cadbury Centre, University of Birmingham, and a Senior Fellow at the Next Century Foundation. Trained in Behavioral Analysis and Investigative Interviewing, Paul focuses on building trust between individuals by discerning the subtleties of human behavior and situational analysis. Over the years, he has spoken at universities, and advised policymakers and academics on the rise of the far-right, and religious extremism.

Mark Taylor

Mark is a mentor rooted in communities often overlooked by mainstream outreach. Having grown up on one of the largest estates in the UK, he understands the mechanisms behind gang recruitment and how misinformation can fuel distrust. Mark’s strong connections with influential figures, both formal and informal, give him access to spaces that many cannot reach - and first-hand insights. He uses sports, educational programmes, and trusted conversations to connect with people, guiding them toward positive paths.

Dr. Hannah Dennett

Dr. Dennett is a historian of Eighteenth-Century Britain and recently completed an Early Career Fellowship at the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of Warwick. With years of experience in education, she teaches undergraduates, provides research for academics, and is passionate about using education to drive changes in behaviour and actions. Her work exemplifies a rigorous research methodology to uncover and understand cultural trends, fostering greater understanding and dialogue. ​​
